CAHRAD works with the Cambodian Education Excellence Foundation to sponsor students who wish to pursue higher education in the area of laws. We want to help Cambodian students, especially those with a financial disadvantage, but with an academic excellence, a mindset for exemplary leadership, and a heart that is willing to serve others. 

Our goal is to nurture future human rights advocates that can help Cambodia become a free and strong democratic country.

The cost to attend a public university in Cambodia is approximately $300 per year:  $100 for books and $200 for food and lodging.  Please help us sponsor a student to lift him or her out of poverty and become a future leader!
