Sympathy and Condolence for the death of Mr. Sean Pengse

It is sadden for Khmers around the world to learn Mr. Sean has passed away. He was truly a Cambodia border expert who worked tirelessly to try to protect Cambodia's border and its sovereignty.

Cambodian Americans for Human Rights and Democracy would like to sincerely express our sorrow and sadness for the loss of Mr. Sean.  May his soul rest in peace and May his spirit rest with all Cambodians.
